Stage 1 – Construction Update 

Titles for Stage 1 are currently anticipated to be received between September and November in 2023.

Construction has commenced again in the new year and with the prospect of more positive weather the team are looking forward to further works progressing on site.

Our development team has provided the below update on Stage 1 progress:

+ Civil works re-commencing on site to start the year.

​+ Gas main protection works and earthworks are progressing.
