Stage 1 – Construction Update 

Titles for Stage 1 are currently anticipated to be received between September and November in 2023.

Our construction contractor has been hard at work with site stripping underway in preparation for major earthworks. In addition, gas protection works for Stage 2 are progressing well. 

The contractor’s sewer team is also now on-site to undertake sewer works.

An construction entrance for heavy machinery access has also been set up on Barry Road to ensure access for ongoing works.
