Stage 1 – Construction Update 

Titles for Stage 1 are currently anticipated to be received between September and November in 2023.

December saw site works commence which is fantastic news considering the poor weather we have had recently.

Our development team has provided the below update on Stage 1 progress:

+ Civil works commenced in November and are now in full swing.

​+ Gas main protection works and earthworks started this month and will continue in the new year.
