The project team has reviewed construction progress and advise Titles are now expected between December 2023 – February 2024.

Construction within the project is progressing well, however negotiations with authorities to achieve approvals for external drainage works to connect to Central Creek have taken longer than expected.

Construction on this critical infrastructure has now commenced, but, along with slower than usual industry supply timeframes, completion of Stage 1 has been delayed.

Stage 1:

• External Sewer works are ongoing
• Internal drainage works are ongoing and are expected to be completed within July.
• Road subgrade works have commenced
• The construction on the Barry Road roundabout will commence in late July.

Stage 2:

• We are currently working with Council to achieve Engineering approvals.
