Titles for Stage 1 are still anticipated for September – November 2023.

The next major milestone for the project will be the commencement of the entry roundabout works later this month.

Road excavation and internal sewer works are expected to be completed next month.

Progress of the external sewer works is now 30% complete along with internal drainage nearing 50% completion.
