Stage 1 Update:

– Internal sewers for lots within the development are now complete.
– Water and gas services have been successfully installed and completed.
– Works on sewer drain connections from the development to the external sewer main have commenced.
– Barry Road roundabout works commenced as of the 17th of August. The construction of the roundabout will provide ease of access to Marran Run, Whittlesea Public Gardens and Network Drive.
– The team will shortly begin construction on the second layer of roads and commence the installation of kerbs.

Stage 2 Update:

The project team is still working on negotiations with council and civil contractors to commence on construction.
