​Stage 1 Update:

Stage 1 titles are still expected to occur between December 2023 & February 2024. The Marran Run project team are excited to see homes starting construction in the new year.

Stage 2 Update:

The project team is still working on negotiations with council and civil contractors to commence on construction.
