Stage 1

Titles Update:

Due to the recent inclement weather conditions, we wish to update you on the expected timeframe for Stage 1 titles.

We now anticipate receiving titles between January 2024 and March 2024. We apologise for this delay; however, we can now provide this revised timeline with increased confidence due to the substantial progress made thus far.

Our team will diligently explore opportunities to expedite the timeline as we move forward through the next phases of construction.

Construction Update: 

• Electrical works have commenced on site
• Light poles have been installed
• Kerb installation is nearing completion
• NBN services are to be installed by the end of November

Stage 2

Titles Update:

After successful collaboration with council, we’ve now achieved engineering approval for Stage 2. We look forward to bringing you confirmation on contractor engagement in the coming months.

With the above in mind, Titles are now expected for later in 2024.
