Stage 01

​​​​Landscaping is progressing well out on site. All trees are now planted with garden beds and turf to be completed over the coming weeks. ​

We are also thrilled to announce that construction of the first home has begun on site, marking the beginning of the Marran Run community.

Whittlesea Public Gardens Update

​​​​​​The Whittlesea Public Gardens, just 200 metres from Marran Run, is seeing significant progress in its Stage 2 development. The skate park is beginning to take shape, while the half basketball court and sports wall are nearing completion. Completion of the stage 2 redevelopment is expected for June 2024.
