Stage 1:

Titles Update:

We are on track to achieve titles in March 2024.

The next message that you will receive will be announcing the achievement of practical completion for Stage 1, which signifies construction completion. This notification will also initiate valuer access to the site. Keep an eye out for this email in the weeks ahead and in the meantime, please view the upcoming steps below:

Construction Update: 

• Concreting works for driveways & footpaths are near completion.
• Asphalting of the road surface has commenced.
• The final stages of construction will include placement of topsoil, line marking, and site cleanup.

Stage 2

Titles Update:

Our current estimate to achieve Titles is late 2024. We anticipate confirming a civil contractor in the coming months.
