Stage 01
Exciting times ahead we’re on track to achieve titles this month! Stay tuned for future steps to settlement. We will be in touch once utility audits have been completed and council have granted Statement of Compliance.
The site event over the weekend was a success with many purchasers able to place a sold sticker on their lot, which was a great milestone for the project. Thank you to all purchasers who attended!
Construction Update
Landscaping for Stage 1 has begun, including the construction of the fence to enclose the green reserve running through the community. Audits for NBN and water have been finalised, and we anticipate the completion of electrical and sewer audits within the coming fortnight.
