Stage 1
Titles Update:
The development team can now confidently provide a more accurate title date range. We’re anticipating receiving titles between February and the end of March 2024.
Construction Update:
- Electrical works including light poles and installation of kiosk complete.
- Roundabout works are nearing completion, with landscaping & asphalt to come in 2024.
- NBN Installation complete
- Kerb installation complete
- Commenced concrete works on site.
Stage 2Titles Update:
We look forward to bringing you confirmation on contractor engagement in the coming months.
Titles are expected in late 2024.
