Stage 1

Titles Update:

The development team can now confidently provide a more accurate title date range. We’re anticipating receiving titles between February and the end of March 2024.

Construction Update: 

• Electrical works including light poles and installation of kiosk complete.
• Roundabout works are nearing completion, with landscaping & asphalt to come in 2024.
• NBN Installation complete
• Kerb installation complete
• Commenced concrete works on site.
