Construction during July and to start August as been progressing well. Our development team has provided the below update on construction progress:

• Internal drainage is now complete
• Following completion of the road subgrade, water mains installation is now underway.
• Drainage outfall work through the Hume Freeway corridor is nearing completion.
• Barry Road roundabout works pushed back to commence in Mid-August
