We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Stage 2B at Marran Run, with strong progress continuing across the site.

A number of important milestones have now been achieved, with sewer, water and electrical works complete. Road works are currently being finalised as the future streetscape begins to take shape.

Looking ahead, NBN installation and footpath works are scheduled to commence shortly.

Construction is progressing as planned, and we remain on track for settlements between September and November 2026.
