We’re pleased to announce that civil construction for Stage 2B at Marran Run is now officially underway!

We have made excellent progress so far, with site stripping and bulk earthworks now complete. Sewer installation is currently in progress, and works will soon transition into the drainage works.

Construction is progressing as planned, and we remain on track for title registration between July-September 2026.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the stage continues to take shape!
