Terms and Conditions
Refer a Friend Promotion – Marran Run
The “Refer A Friend” promotion run by Yourland Realty Pty Ltd and will run from 9am on 1st February 2023 and conclude at 11:59pm on 31st March 2023 unless lots sold prior or extended at the discretion of the Developer (the Promotion Period). A person who refers a new purchaser (You) to purchase a lot in the Marran Run Estate (each an Marran Run Lot) will be eligible to receive the amount of $2,000.00 in the form of a Visa debit card or similar (Referral Fee) from the Developer (or its nominee) and the new purchaser referred by You (New Purchaser) will be eligible to receive the amount of $2,000.00 in the form of a Visa debit card or similar (Purchase Gift) if:
1) You have submitted your details and the details of a New Purchaser in the form available via email to hello@marranrun.com.au before the New Purchaser enters into a contract to purchase a Marran Run Lot (Contract); and
2) The New Purchaser:
a. is NOT registered on the Marran Run database at the time of the referral;
b. Has signed a contract of sale (in the form to be provided by the Developer) which is unconditional prior to the end of the Promotion Period for a Marran Run Lot (New Purchase Contract); and
c. complies with all terms and conditions set out in the New Purchase Contract at all times prior to settlement; and
d. completes settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the New Purchase Contract on the date for settlement set out in the New Purchase Contract.
The Developer will arrange for the Referral Fee and Purchase Gift to be issued to You and the New Purchaser respectively within 60 days of settlement of the New Purchase Contract provided all eligibility criteria are met.
For the avoidance of doubt, only one Purchase Gift will be issued for each New Purchase Contract, if there is more than one individual listed as the purchaser in the New Purchase Contract, the Purchase Gift will be issued jointly to all purchasers listed.
The right to receive the Purchase Gift is personal to the New Purchaser and may not be assigned to any other party, including any nominated purchaser of a Marran Run Lot, except with the prior written consent of the Developer.
Only one Referral Fee shall be payable by the Developer (or its nominee) in respect of any one Marran Run Lot. In the event of more than one person referring a New Purchaser to purchase a Marran Run Lot, the Referral Fee shall be paid to the person who first referred the New Purchaser in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Developer reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the “Refer A Friend” promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. The “Refer A Friend” promotion is not to be applied in conjunction with any other promotion run by the Developer.
The Developer will collect personal information of both You and the New Purchaser to conduct the promotion. The Developer will conduct the promotion in accordance with the Developer’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.marranrun.com.au
